Our Sunday School is the future of our Church. Teaching children about Jesus Christ and moulding them in Jesus is an important part of our church.
Aims & Goals : We aim to guide our children towards Christ and help them build a strong relationship with Jesus so that they can carry on courageously and successfully throughout their lives. The goal of Sunday School is to lead every child to a personal commitment to follow Jesus through a medium of Christian worship, Bible study, fellowship and harmony.

The Mar Thoma Church Sunday School operates under the operational guidelines of the Mar Thoma Sunday School Samajam.
Regular Activities : The Sunday school starts with a common assembly followed by the classes at the NECK Church compound every Friday from 3:30pm-5:30pm. Our children worship and sing and praise God during the common session. Offertory is collected during the common session to encourage and nurture the spirit of giving in our children. Following this, the children break up into groups, by age, for appropriate instruction.
Curriculum: Our Sunday School follows the curriculum developed by the Mar Thoma Sunday School Samajam . The values gained through the curriculum help the children not only through their lives but will also prepare them for eternity.
Theme: Transformation through Word of God
Classes : The Sunday School is open to students from 4 to 17 years of age. We have classes from Nursery to Yuva Vakup, structured according to their age groups.
Age : Age details for admission are as per the directives of Sunday School Samajam.
Teachers: We are blessed with a number of talented and dedicated teachers and assistants who have committed their time and resources voluntarily to witness our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through their service.

Church Assistance : On every 4th Friday of the month, the Sunday School children assist the Church services.
Student Dedication : We have a Student Dedication Service held at the beginning of the year. The children participate in different parts of the service.
Retreats: The Sunday School organizes separate one-day retreats for teachers .
Annual Talent Competition: Annual Talent Competitions are held every year to encourage our children to develop their God given talents, and to maintain a healthy competitive spirit among them. The Competitions are held in the following categories: Singing (English & Malayalam), Elocution, Essay Writing, Story Telling, Bible Reading, Coloring., Memory Verse (please go down to the download link to download the golden memory verses) and Class Exam. The success of these events is a testimony of talents and the combined efforts, participation and encouragement of all involved students.

Vacation Bible School (VBS): Our Sunday School also conducts a Vacation Bible School during the vacation which is lively and spiritually beneficial to the young children.
Conference: Conferences are held every year to equip our children to lead successful practical lives.
World Sunday School Day : World Sunday School day is a special service held on the first Sunday of November. Similar to the Student Dedication Service, children will take active roles in different parts of the service.
Christmas Program: Our children participate in presenting the feel of Christmas through songs and plays.
